Stuck with a Demon Harpy spectre no matter which corpse I try to use.

Tried switching out my spectres in hideout, had 2 out of 3 spectres summoned, used a Perfect Forest Warrior, it summoned a third Demon Harpy. Re-equipped my raise spectre gem to get rid of my spectres, tried using a frozen cannibal corpse and it summoned a Demon Harpy again.

I did not have any other corpses on the floor apart from the ones I used.
I do not have a trigger wand that would put desecrate on the floor as I cast something.
