QoL: Shift+Right-Click on Currency in Public Stash Tabs = Natural Right-Click Function

When a stash tab (currency or otherwise) is made public, every right-click is treated as trying to list the item for sale. This disables the natural right-click function of currency items, like applying a Chaos Orb or consuming an Orb of Regret.

To perform the natural right-click function, the player must either make the whole tab private or move the currency to the inventory in order to use it -- both of which is cumbersome.

Please provide shift+right-click to work as the natural right-click on currency when they are listed in a public stash tab. (Keeping shift pressed should work as usual for multiple applications/consumptions of the currency item)
