How did you check this? Not all mods are displayed in the tooltip.

If this doesn't work, most likely it is caused by the fact that the unique item states the name of the regular gem (Summon raging spirits) and not the name of the transfigured gem (... "of Enormity")

"- Summoned Raging Spirits deal (25–40)% increased Damage - Summoned Raging Spirits have (25–40)% increased maximum Life " In each of description is only "Summoned Raging Spirits".
