Can't access gems in equipped body armor with controller

I'm using a controller (Xbox imputs).

When i highlight my equipped body armor it shows to press "B" to access gem sockets, but nothing happens on button press.
I always have to unequip my armor to look at my socketed gems, other equip works as it should.

Same thing happening to me, have to leave the zone and come back to look at my sockets.

This has happened to me too, but it is not limited to body armours.

From what I can tell:
- If the bug happens it affects at most one equipment slot per instance
- This slot's sockets are not accessible by pressing "B" while the item is equipped
- Unequipping allows the sockets to be accessed, however once the item is equipped again they are inaccessible again
- You can still change gems if you pick up one from your inventory/another item's links/stash
- It seems to happen with body armours more often, but I've had it happen with every equipment slot (I'm not running sockets on jewellery this league so far, so maybe not those slots?)

Still present in 3.24

Doesnt work a long time now and for Portal there is no shortcut possible.
