Playstation - Cannot go out the Act10 town

Act 10 -> The cathedral rooftop -> game will be crashed when loading It happens more than 10 times already. I can't play the game anymore. Ditto, same issue. I was finally able to enter the Cathedral rooftop after the 4th crash on the PS4. Now that I've managed to enter that zone, I can't get it to crash again after 3 more tries. Probably some sort of game progression mechanic vs a graphics/model issue.
