3.23.0b Patch Notes - Corpse/Charm/Tincture
I think they forgot to mention the "adjustment" in the league mechanics.
Before: 1 to 2 perfect corpse per encounter. Now: 3 to 4 encounter to find 1 perfect corpse. It's hard to credit my statement because I'm not a streamer. But test this in the game right now and draw your own conclusion. This "adjustment" was also for Charm and Tincture My question is what is the reason and why is it not listed in the patch? Confirmation bias is not data. I had loads and loads of times there was not a perfect corpse and not a single 2 mod charms/tinctures. And as someone playing a poison tincture build, I can say that I notice like 50% at least of the tincture vendors does not have a green because I am actively looking for it. So nothing has changed, now that you're paying attention to it you are noticing it a crap ton more.

I just found a charm with 12% RMR and cannot take reflected damage so clearly you must be wrong.
Banter aside, your 'data' is anecdotal at best and I have noticed nothing like that The opposite of knowledge is not illiteracy, but the illusion of knowledge.

I was quite excited about the charms but so far all what I have seen feels lackluster.

" They wont be as OP as jewels we have, since you can equip 3 of them, while for jewels you waste 2 jewel slots to apply one effect. Personally I got ~300% crit nad 3% max fire res for my Hexblast miner, looks more than good. |
