Replica Witchfire brew bugged?

I feel like this Flask is not working properly.

I have obtained two "you can apply additional curse" mods, so I can apply three curses.

Assassin's Mark, Vulnerability, Punishment.

Assassin's Mark - Trigger socketed spell skills 8 sec cooldown

Punishment - Mark of submission

Vulnerability - Replica Witchfire Brew

However, it's difficult to feel that only two curses are being applied, not three.

Especially, I haven't seen curses being applied to enemies with the mark.

I know that the original Witchfire Brew had the same issue.

There was a map mode that "61% Less effect of curses on monsters".

Try to test it in pvp , as your video, like the rest of the game (and all have experienced), a lot of effect on the same screen and i don't tell which effect by which effect (only the mark is observable anyway)
