100% Disk usage and Crash

I can't play poe since league start because when i create ranger and start game it's crash and i check Task manager 100% disk usage, When i create templa i can get in the 1st beach and crash while walking to Hillock

p.s i haven't met this issue since Metamorph (i skip delirium and harvest)

until Crucible i have lvl 95 charector and play toxic rain ballista and didn't get crash so much

like ancestor and this league. Please i love this game and want to play it but the engine update is ruin me :(.

Trust me this potato laptop can do the 5way afk lvling and didn't get crash.
