Ps5 unable to load Vastiri Desert

I have tried to load this instance 10 times and my game has gotten stuck in the loading screen 9/10 times. I have reset and I get stuck in the load screen again. Thank you GGG

same here for my friend. teleported to me and couldn't load into vastiri. reset the game multiple times. tried new instances. nothing worked.
