20/0 gem + prism to 1/20 gem vendor recipe not working for skill gems

Hallo,

I was just upgrading some 20/0 gems to 1/20 gems using the vendor recipe with one gemcutters prism. For two support gems (Swift affliction and Void Maniplulation) I used it worked like always. But for the three skill gems (Despair, Malevolence and Holy Flame Totem) it does not work; it just gives me scroll fragments.

I have tried two different merchands (Lilly and Niko) in my hideout. I have even relogged and the problem persists.

As per the 3.23.0 Patch Notes, this is intentional.

"

The vendor recipe for turning a Level 20 Gem into a 20% Quality Level 1 version of that Gem no longer works with Skill Gems, as the benefit Quality provides to damage dealing Skills is now more powerful. The vendor recipe can now only be used with non-Awakened Support Gems.
