Summon Spectre on a Perfect Guardian Turtle resulted in the wrong spectre

I made a clip of it happening, the gem is level 20 and socketed in my gloves with meat shield support, elemental army support, and frostblink. I was holding the A key and had the turtle's corpse selected when I cast it.

Even tho its been days now, at least more people like you are showing up with the issue, hopefully now they finally notice and fix it, im so depressed not being able play with the new specters since league start on my char.
