Game Freeze and then crash (AppHangB1 error)

It's been 2 days, I'm having constant crash every 10 min or so... I'm going insane at this point. The game freeze and then crash. I click "close the programm" and generate an event error in Windows which is below.

I have reinstalled the game, check files with Steam.
Totally removed my Graphic drivers and reinstalled them with NVIDIA website. Latest driver (546.29).
I did try with old drivers and still the same issue.
And Latest version of Windows 10

Vsync ON or Off no differences.
Same with windowed or fullscreen.
All settings are on low.


For more context, I can be in a delirium map with decent amount of monsters or a random white T1 map and still get crashes.

Same here!

I am experiencing the same issue quite frequently. Game just hangs then i have to force close it. Happens a lot in Rituals and Sometimes in other areas like the Wildwood and Harvests.

Similar specs as OP:

13700k Intel i7
Intel GeForce 4080 GTX
Asus Z790 Strix

same here, i also re-instaled the game twice and gpu drivers but that´s driving me mad. i guess i'll leave it for a couple of weeks to see if they fix it.

this has just started happening to me today, twice in uber lab :(

This has been happening to me today as of 9th January 2024 - No updates that I am aware of.

It is utterly ridiculous. Lost many many divines worth of currency and items as when I re-log into the game, my instance has been deleted.

The crash is clearly on the Server side otherwise the instance would still be active.

What is going on here.

Furthermore when I log back into the game, my character has been rolled back - items in my inventory have been deleted that I had picked up in the map.

GGG please acknowledge this technical issue with your servers/systems and if possible provide an update of what to expect in terms of investigation and resolution timeframe?

LONDON SERVER!! appears to be the issue here - so many people I have spoken to have experienced a crash at the same time as me and we have all been on the London Server.

Will try Amsterdam server tomorrow to see if the crashes happen there.
