The "somewhat more fetid" Fetid Pool =)
It looks sweet.
I'm guessing the orange floating things are fireflys? The firefly floating thingys made me think of ashes/cinders in a burned wood.. that could be another pretty cool area, with tree trunks burning and a similar fog. |

Glad you like it. I came up with them being poisonous spores that if you breath them in their dangerous. Im hoping we get some real dangerous glowing fungus or something in the future (not lame happy mushrooms).

I love the changes you did to the Fetid Pool. It has a great atmosphere now and the undead charging rhoas coupled with the limited sight distance make it quite challenging. A very nice combination.

I have one problem with new Fetid Pool... Why no shadows? Games looks bad without shadows. Nothing is casting shadows in Fetid Pool now... its bad decision imho.
And i want to see more enviromental effects and effects like wind, dust, fly, flying embers etc.. in other areas.. dont fear to reuse with changed color etc... D3 is doing this in each act and dungeon. |

There will be enviro effects once I get the shader and particle emitter. Also there are shadows in the Fetid pool. We don't actually have any way of turning off shadows in certain areas. Only the user can turn off shadows.
Probably the defuse cube map is turned up to high.. that would cause and effect that would look like no shadows.. I like all the fluffy animals[img]http://i.imgur.com/mO8dR.png[\img]
