So new Mystery Boxes contain even more filler set parts than before?

Affliction Mystery Box contains 12 filler helmet-gloves-boots parts, the biggest number since GGG made boxes filled with only "unusual cool items with unique effects". And 12/60 is like 20%. Yeah, I know, it's kind of a lootbox, but feels like the quality bar has been set in the first Boxes of this "upgraded" series. It contained only unusual items you can use with any similar-looking set. Not just a set of the same shade of brown from the same Box.

Even though this items are parts of corresponding sets I don't even want to use this gloves/boots, they look literally the same as many other boots and gloves from supporter packs and other Boxes. When mystery boxes contained just a one set and some stuff related to it, every item in the set had a strong theme and looked unique. This ones are just a brown-black cover for character's limbs. It wouldn't feel bad at all, it's kind of good items, but I've already got many brown-black parts for the last year. Like, 6-7 similar items for every slot. Where's all the other colors for set items without if they don't have any unique effect?

Btw does someone remember how many boxes you had to buy to get everything from previous mystery boxes? Because I feel like 60 items is more than in previous ones.

No. Previously you had same set in 3 diffrent colors. Now you have 3 diffrent sets instaad just recolor. If you consider any armor pieces MTX as fillers its the same amount. But for everyone else its better than it was ever.

It's 2 sets in 2 color variations, not 3 sets.

And please, read my OP: this set pieces wouldn't feel that much of a fillers if GGG didn't release very similar looking sets in previous bundles. They're all metallic-brown or black.

We had 3-4 very good Mystery Box bundles and THEY were "better than it was ever". And now I see a trend that they are getting poorer. 2 leagues ago they started to add "sets" in this new version of boxes and now in THIS league we have even more sets. Body armour and helmets - ok, they're kinda unique as a 3D model. But gloves and boots, lets be honest, look like most of boots and gloves released in last 1,5 years.

Boots and Gloves were always fillers, no matter how well made. I dont see that "more fillers every box" you are talking about. To me previous boxes had more fillers because they were usually giving several HO decorations that were pure garbage with no purpose (or something like portal which I would not use in my small HO anyway). In this one even HO decoration has purpose because it gives you portal to menagerie, sanctum etc. Imo current boxes are as good, if not better than ToTa ones. Also even the worst "new box" is better than boxes we had in the past where you could get duplicate. Even if they were cheaper, they were way worse.
