Explodey things in the league mechanic?

So when I go to this wood of wisps I often encounter white glowing "stars" (or whatever that is) - which explode.

I think it gives you more distance in the fog until it ends

Some of those explody things give you more... Of those... Color things.
Sometimes, just sometimes, you should really consider adapting to the world, instead of demanding that the world adapts to you.
