My character downgrade from lvl100 to lvl41

My character is a lvl100 assassin.
I run a "gift to the goddess", select the reward option "sacrifice a gem to add experience to my character", first time add experience to the socketed gem, second time game crash. when relogin the game, my charracter downgrade to lvl41 :( ref# 1,388,664,287 Last bumped on Dec 8, 2023, 6:28:59 PM
