Massive controller input lag on PC, PS5

Anybody here plays Path of Exile with a controller on PC ? I just tried because of wrist issues, and there is a pretty massive input lag on each directional input, attack, skill use. The input lag does not exist in UI. I tried on PS5 also to troubleshoot if it wasn’t my computer and it’s the exact same experience. I can’t find any discussion online about this.

Feels like about 100ms of input lag. My ping is about a stable 15ms, all devices are wired.

Same for me, it sucks.

I'm a returning player, player for a few a couple years ago and the problem was already there.
It's on every platform whenever playing with a controller.
