What is the interaction between Affliction and Harbinger?

I'd assume that the monsters a Harbingers spawns can be affected by the wisps like every other monster, but can the Harbingers themselves be affected too?

They mentioned breach monsters would be affected fwiw.

Harbingers themselves I don't believe would be targetable by anything..

Considering harbingers aren't affected by any other quant/qual boosts I think it's safe to assume not. Technically you never kill them, you deplete a bar in an event and it spawns a static unmodifiable loot pool as a reward, is my understanding of the mechanics there. So if they could be affected by wisps it wouldn't do anything, unless harbinger code was redesigned with special interactions with the league mechanic.
