Hm? Can't see anything related to that being announced lately..? Are you talking about the Affliction ascendency warcry passive? That's basically the same as the spell caster mastery passive we've had for some leagues now, but for melee.

Many years ago, I suggested a skill called "Excavating Blow," or some such. The idea was for an attack which could pop chests and roll over boulders. =^[.]^=
