Ok I might be slightly clueless but it looks like there is not A notice board so I can not find people to play with. There is just A trading one. My pc crapped out on me so I started playing on A Xbox series X and I feel like I am playing SSF.

There is an extremely small number of players here. Plus the end of the league... As a result, there is practically no trade.
