Make npc's killable with a 3 second delay on respawn

Add ability: shade away, like in viva

Make npc commentary and quest line text non skippable


And also, add a reputation system that lends to bosses hating you the more you farm them, so they get increasingly harder to fight and more stingy on their loot drops.
