Help benchcrafting flask enchantment

I have never been good at flasks, and now for the first time playing SSF and made my first Pathfinder, and I finally want to benchcraft "use when charges reach full" enchant on a life flask, but no matter which one I select, I get "wrong base type".
So confused, I tried to consult a couple of sources, and have looked here
https://www.poewiki.net/wiki/Crafting_Bench
and here
https://www.poe-vault.com/guides/ultimate-flask-crafting-guide#instilling-and-enkindling-orbs
but I can see no mention of specific base types that I would need. What am I doing wrong? I FINALLY got a pathfinder and I cannot benchcraft enchants on my flasks, I feel really helpless
thanks in advance

Instilling and Enkindling orbs can only add enchantments to Utility Flasks. They cannot be added to Life flasks, Mana flasks, or Hybrid flasks.

Christ, why? Would that make the game "too easy" or something? I thought I could stop pushing buttons all the time...
Why is this not written anywhere on any of those pages, or on the crafting bench?

Yes it would make it too easy. Being able to automate life and mana flasks is incredibly broken.

The orbs (Instilling Orb and Enkindling Orb also) literally tell you:

"
Adds an Enchantment to a Utility Flask ...

see Wiki, Instilling Orb.

Considering how powerful other sources of auto recovery can become (and work faster than healing flasks too), this limitation is as arbitrary as ultra widescreen being cut "just because". Also we can still automate forbidden taste flask, with its legacy version (+100% health and only 8% taken as chaos) being a finger-savior.

So far I fail to see the balance in locking out health/mana flasks enchantment, only thing this does accomplish is encouraging players to include other forms of recovery into builds.
You also still have to expend charges, and gain them, and automating them would still be less optimal for anyone who doesn't have master surgeon.
I hate pushing those buttons. I don't see the need to prevent spending enchantments to automate them.
