Best way to finish crafting this wand?

My initial plan was to slam essences of misery until I got t1 DOT multi suffix, then veiled chaos the prefixes, unveil cold damage or chaos damage (cold is ideal).

While slamming the essences I got +1 cold gems which is a very good prefix for my build.

I'm thinking do suffixes cannot be changed, t4 aisling for a 1/3 shot of removing fire damage and 1/3 shot of removing meta mod

Not sure if that's a good way to go about it.

To finish that off I'd craft a prefix then put aspect of the spider.

One thing to be aware of is that Aisling can give you a veiled suffix if you do that, which unless you get super lucky, you'll get a dump mod. If you plan to have Aspect of Spider in the end, I would do that BEFORE you lock suffixes and Aisling.

I'll have to put aspect in place of the fire damage, otherwise it will need to go on another item.

I think I might just have to try to annul the fire?

Isn't that fire a prefix? Suffix T1 goes up to 30%.

Assuming the %fire is prefix and no suffix:

1. Cannot roll Caster.
2. Annul - this removes the %fire.
