Scourge Hideout Decoration not working properly in Exilecon 2023 Hideout

Today, I purchased the supporter pack containing the Scourge Hideout Decoration, which, among other things, adds an atmospheric effect to your hideout when activated. I placed the object in my Exilecon hideout and turned it on, but the atmospheric effect only applied to the floor it was activated on--the other two floors appeared as normal.
