Relic altar doesn't show used relics when you teleport into Sanctum

If you leave a forbidden tome in the Relic Altar and teleport to another zone, when you come back you cannot see or access the relics you're using, unless you REMOVE the tome from the altar and put it back.

Even if you put another tome it just does not show the relics unless you remove it.
