Bloodnotch not working.

tested with and withoutout es, no brine king, 100% life recoup, with and without progen, with and without petrified blood,

removed bloodnotch along with all my life recoup, turns out, i had exactly the same level of tankiness. done everything i could think of, even made a friend slot it along with all the required passive (es mastery) and tech behind it but still no reaction which leads me to believe that there is some sort of bug. also, im not a new bloodnotch user as i used it extensively last league, and i can without a doubt say that its not the same and i have some knowledge of what im doin (at least with the bloodnotch tech) and yes, every hit on me was a stunning hit as i also tried making use of cast on stun and i removed immutable force just for the stuns to be visible.
