Triskelion Flame Decoration Bug

Triskelion Flame decoration has been bugged since the pre-league particle/lighting engine patches, the animation is broken:

Bump and a bit of info. This issue started at the same time as many people started to have FPS drops. I believe there are a few more decos that are affected but I'm not sure which, maybe someone else can name them. This Triskelion issue looks like it doesn't stop no matter which hardware or graphical settings you use. And there is an official hideout competition at the moment.

Gotta win that competition with this decoration in the center to attract some attention to the problem. Several bug reports on this topic already.
