Version history 3.9?
On the official wiki, under Version history for a number of things, I see version 3.9, e.g. shrapnel ballista was added in version 3.9.
Considering we are currently playing 3.22, what does 3.9 reference? Underrated stats: Basic human decency, small quantum of respect, microportion of compassion Last bumped on Sep 16, 2023, 1:02:06 PM

I may misunderstand the question, but 3.9 refers to the game version of metamorph league in 2019.

it means 3.09 you can tell that just by looking at the rest of the changes and which version they happened in as it goes 3.9 to 3.10

3.9 was Metamorph league which replaced Shaper and his guardians with new ones and introduced new influenced base types.
Not a few expected ,before the first Exilecon, that 3.9 would be the last patch in the 3.x series before 4.0. But it now turns out PoE may actually never get a major update like 3.0 again ,now that we have two separate games in the future. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore

I always thought it was weird that the game versions omitted the "0" for the single digit versions. This isn't the first time it has caused confusion.
General discussion gaming forums are almost always a cesspit of ignorance and trolls.

It's not that it is omitting the 0 digit, it's that it's incremental.
3.1, 3.2, ..., 3.9, 3.10, 3.11, ... etc So 3.1 is different from 3.10 since the former is the first version after 3.0 and the latter is the tenth. |
