Immediately banned once I hit level 40

I have created 2 accounts now and both have been banned immediately upon reaching level 40. The stated reason for the bans is "third party software". Problem is I have no idea what third party software could be causing it. The only software I have ran during the playing periods is discord where I play with my friend. Also using path of builder website but I've come to understand that is acceptable. I have appealed the bans but they were both denied. I have not knowingly broken any ToS, and they won't tell me what I did.

I'm sure using 2 current accounts is a violation of ToS . I play first league in about 20 day and after i create alt accounts i get banned both account . I get u can create new account and wish play in ban appeal email

I didn't create the second account until after the first one was banned.

People are saying this is happening now again in PoE 2
Lots of people claiming to be banned once they hit lvl 40
