Essence disappearing

Essence did not drop after killing essence mob. It doesn't always happens (about once every 20 maps), but it is eating into my essence farming profit. Like I chanced upon these 2 maps one after another!

This happened to me quite a few times as well now, I noticed its always the crab monsters its happening with.
 Edit: It definitely is related to crabs, I had it three times in one map and all of them were crabs Edit 2: In 3.20 I farmed a metric shitton of essences and never noticed something like this, should be a new-ish bug. I don't think it is related to freeze/destroy corpses as well.
I have been farming essences every league since the Atlas tree was introduced, and this is the first league that this happens. Only difference this league is that I have an AG wearing a Doppelgänger Guise Sadist Garb with me. I thought at first that it was Doppelganger Guise's effect removing the essence loot, but I still see loot on the floor after killing a bunch of normal mobs with its effect, so it's probably not that either. Biggest suspect now is that there is something wrong with these crabs. |

" I held alt after I realises the essence did not drop. My item filter isn't the issue since it worked as expected (as seen in 2nd map video). I am not sure what you mean by unallocated atlas passive? Perhaps you meant this:  In which case I have it and all other essence related keynodes allocated

well, since other threads exist , this seems a popular bug. And your thread have the most info among all the threads. Well, you need to beg for mercy that the devs figure out is culling or DOT or whatever skill that kill the monsters , eaten the loot
