League filter on Character Select doesn't remember choice

The ability to filter my characters by league is great, but it's really annoying that it doesn't remember what I had previously selected.

I assume this is a bug, and not intended behavior.

it's always the first thing you have to do when you login. Go to options to make sure it's not on default, it almost always is and it's been like that for years.

You have to change your filter in town or your hideout too, if you do it in a map you will freeze and DC.

I'm not talking about the Item Filter.

There's a filter on the character select screen so that it only shows characters for the chosen league,

For example, when I pick "Ancestor", it only shows the characters I have in Ancestor league.

If I pick Hardcore it only shows my 2 hardcore characters, etc.

It's annoying that the filter doesn't remember the choice when I restart the game.
