Xesht-Ula, the Open Hand issues

There is a bug with this rare encounter with your in-map breaches.

I kill this boss but the "icon" on the minimap stays active, as if it didn't die. Breach will close and there will be no drop. I had this happen twice already.

This is really rare encounter that should be this "big reward" thing when it procs. Currently there is no reward at all.

I also haven't ever received a full breachstone from breach bosses in maps but that may be RNG, this is just 4 percent chance afterall.

I have dropped full breachstones, however Xesh has NEVER dropped a single item for me - I'm poison build if that matters. But yeah, zero reward very fun!

I can confirm that this has happened multiple times to me, the boss spawns, i kill it, icon remains, breach ends, no loot. Would be nice if a fix happened, as this just seems like a waste of points on the atlas skill tree right now...

It could be an interaction with the "Breaches in your maps belong to X" Sextant, as i'm running only chayulas, and the boss supposedly drops any breach stone, but I don't know...

I've tried to kill him multiple times and he just despawns and his icon is still there. Maybe I do kill him but he doesn't drop anything.
