Severe FPS drop on AMD RX7660s

Hi!

I just bought a new laptop with an AMD 7490HS CPU and RX 7600S GPU. The game works fine, in the range of 100 FPS with almost all settings at max.

I play an Impending Doom build, when I cast multiple times the FPS drops to around 35 until I stop casting. It is like there is no culling (it is enabled) and all the casts overlap and choke my GPU. This is despite the fact that the GPU sits at about 80-85% utilization even if the FPS drops.

My brother has an Intel i5-9300h CPU with an Nvidia GTX1660TI GPU and the FPS drops from 80 to about 60 FPS.

Even though the direct FPS are not comparable (different resolutions and graphic settings), the drop in FPS is HUGE, 65% on my laptop and 20% on his. I have to mention that I have tried several settings and resolutions only to experience the same FPS drop (from 170 FPS to 85-90 FPS on lower resolution, for example).

It is the same with DX11, 12 and Vulkan.

I don't know if the issue is with PoE and AMD optimization or the problems are from AMD drivers as the graphics card is relatively new (April this year).

Sam is happening to me playing Eye of winter brand so its gets even worse , but i noticed my Latency going up and not Cpu or Gpu or any of those things , it go's up from 4 ms to 50+ and than my game just catches up
