can't not trade untill been reviewed

Hello, I can't trade since last friday(9/1), and it says
"You cannot trade currency and unique items to other players until your account has been reviewed. this process can take up to 24 hours." and I already sent a mail to support@grindinggear.com, but didn't recevie any reply, should I keep waitting? or need to send another mail?
