Bloodnotch bugged/not working

I have tested this on two characters.
Bloodnotch crimson jewel seems to be not working. I am visibly getting stunning hits (tested with no stun recovery, pantheon etc) but life recovery is zero. I am suspecting some league update messed it up. Last bumped on Sep 21, 2023, 10:34:43 AM

I imagine the bug report here covers why.
Perhaps drop Taste of Hate while you're depending on Bloodnotch? |

Taste of Hate has nothing to do with it.
I tested it on an character with no Items equiped, except for a scepter with a cast on stun setup, so i can be sure that i got stunned. And i also do not get any recovery. |

yeh having some inconsistency aswell with bloodnotch rn , getting hit for my life pool even tho everything should stun me , freeze and crit immune

Its not working for me even thought I copied my last league build setup. Did you guys manage to to make it work? I keep getting 1 hit in uber bosses. I tested my standard character it works fine but on my current league character bloodnotch doesn't work.

Ye bloodnotch actualy not work i also try it on 2 characters.I tested it on new character on 4 lvl on roa whitch stun as fuck and 0 regeneration.

yeah not working on my end too. not on brine king, no taste of hate, etc...

" Tested it again after the 3.22.1c Patch to see if it got fixed even if it was not mentioned but it still doesn't. What i tested: - 2 characters: 1 in standard, 1 in league - both had: - no energyshield - a cast on stun setup (so i could be sure i got stuned) - no items besides the one with the cast on stun setup - Arakaali and Ralakesh pantheon - no flasks active - no other regen or recover sources - tested it in blood aqueduct and mud flats (act6) - with and without immutable force - with and without mind over matter |
