Does Legion Increased Duration give you "more Schism meter" so-to-speak?

The following node is the lone connector to Timeless Conflict.



Increased Duration on it implies that it benefits Timeless Conflict, despite Legions no longer having a timer.

Is this correct? I.e. your Schism meter fills more slowly if you have increased duration?

ever find out an answer to this?

from my testing schism mechanics is completely inferior to timed version. With all legion passives and schism I could barely break 20% of mobs from stasis before combat phase began. Removed keystone and broke 100% of mobs as usual. Schism seems to be low dps option during leveling only.
