Constantly getting login error - New location/Account locked

Hi,

since about one week I get a login error every morning the first time I log in.
It says, I would login from a new location - which is not the case, since it locks the account and it must be unlocked with a code via e-mail.

In the forum I saw it was a problem over the last decade - why does it still happen?
Can I deactive this measure of security in my account? It's really annoying..
