T4 Aisling doesn't respect prefixes/suffixes cannot be changed metamode?

I had a staff with following affixes:

Prefixes:
+2 to level of all spell skill gems (Fractured)
+3 to Level of all Fire Spell Skill Gems
increased fire damage (craftet)

Suffixes:
Can have up to 3 crafted modifiers
Prefixes cannot be changed

I slammed T4 Aisling and it removed Increased fire damage and Can have up to 3 crafted modifiers. Then I got veiled prefix. I assumed it would have remove either of the suffixes and then add one veiled suffix.

Only thing I can think, is that Aisling removed the Can have up to 3 crafted modifiers and because of this the increased fire damage was lost also, but I don't think it has worked like that before?

Can anybody share their thoughts?

Unfortunatly I didn't realise to take a screenshot and I started to recraft it already. :(

I don't know was it a bug or what happened, because I am 100% sure that Aisling removed two mods and ignored the "prefixes cannot be changed".

I am trying to replicate it when I get enough currency and see what happens.

Because Asling removed the craft mod for 3 properties, since the property of saving pref remained on the staff, then your damage pref also disappeared
