Tattoo Kitava Makanga cannot apply

i'm sure i have already 7 passive in this area but i dunno why i can't apply this tattoo for my passive tree

" seaman was stating that you had 6 adjacent passives allocated, not to reduce number of adjacent passives allocated. In order to apply the tattoo, 7 adjacent passives must be allocated. Since that strength passive has 7 adjacent passives, all 7 must be allocated to apply/use the tattoo. Using this screenshot as a reference: you can apply/use the tattoo if you allocate the Melee Damage node in the Attack cluster in the screenshot, and reallocate the adjacent strength node not in the screenshot. |

ADJACENT
meaning, connected to. adjoining. not chained in a row. You currently only have 6 directly connected to that passive. Just because GGG doesn't do anything about scammers, doesn't mean they support scammers.
Complacency is not the same as endorsement. |
