Disciple of the Unyielding - bugged keystone annoint

Greeting POE Support

I'm currently playing as Hierophant with "Conviction of Power"
Also I have annointed "Disciple of the Unyielding" on an amulet that suppose to give +1 min Endurance charges

So in total :
- "Conviction of Power" +4 minimum End Charges
- "Disciple of the Unyielding" +1 minimum End Charges

But after looking on Passive Skill tree I saw that :
"Disciple of the Unyielding" is not active "Requirements not met "

Can you please check if this is a bug ?
( or I dont understand some game mechanics )

Never mind, it works.
But do not forget about the maximum charges, because the minimum cannot be higher than the maximum. You now have 5 minimum charges, but 4 maximum. You need to find another +1 to the maximum, for example, "Endurance" passive.
