The download starts after 5 seconds, I hear sounds, I wait another 20 seconds and finally the download has passed. I think it's because of the MTX players. Because when I use trade and teleport to different people, if there is a normal hideout without effects, I load quickly or to myself hideout. It started with this league. It's hard to run heist when you're loading longer than you're going through a contract.

Yes. When you can run contracts faster than you can load rogue harbour, there is an issue. It was introduced only with this league's pre-patch and they need to put some priority on fixing it already.
