Abyss wont spawn in map with scarab

I did 4 maps with Abyss Scarab but there was no abyss spawn in 4 maps at all. Scarab charge consumed. I didn't use any sextant to make sure Abyss somehow got blocked by anything. I tried to use only Abyss Scarab too but the same result, charge consumed but no Abyss in the map.

I'm in a similar situation.
I didn't use scalab, but used Kirac mod instead (with the seventh gate)to add Abyss and there were no Abyss. It happened Wharf map, in addition to Crimson Temple map. sorry for poor English. |

This is a bug with specific maps (Crimson Temple, Phantasmagoria). Affecting Abyss+Betrayal+Maybe others.
May need to try on a different map such as Cemetery |

Can confirm the bug is happening with Sulphite scarab too, each tier, on several maps. Maybe a conflit with another event like rituals ?

having this problem as well.
