Gain Deafening Essences from Essence Monsters

What is the best way to do this challenge? Do I just need to spam red tier map and hope for the best with using a remnant of Corruption?

PS. I have most of the essence nodes allocated on the atlas tree.

I just corrupted random essences mobs and got 2/75 I think thats the only way

You can rush tier 1 white maps with as many essences as possible. High tier maps are not required.

You can also buy einhar memories if you are impatient.

For doing it on maps.
1. Optimally get all relevant Essence nodes on Atlas. You kind of really need the upgrade Essence one and the duplicate Essence one though: "Amplified Energies" & "Crystal Resonance".
2. Disable all 10 Atlas mechanics. This increases the base odds of getting inherent Essence on the map.
3. Spec 'Stream of Consciousness' for more base Essence chance.
4. Buy 'Essence' from Kirac for 2 Chaos per map. (I am assuming this combines with the base Essences on maps.)
5. Use Remnant of Corruption on all Essence mobs with 1+ Shrieking Essences.
6. Release all Essence mobs containing 'Deafening' and kill them.

Far as I know map tier & quantity have no or not much effect.

Above recipe is the way to do it. Grab essences on the tree, especially +1 tier and double of shrieking mobs, and start corrupting relevant essence mobs.

I'm slow and don't run a thousand maps a day, and am now up to something like 40/75. It's quite fun tbh, and there are about 25 other challenges that look way more annoying. Like everything that has to do with do X with Y effect, or kill boss in this very specific way, or apply 19 different items to a map.

The deafening essences, however, can slowly be gotten just by playing maps normally. Need some investment into essences on the tree, but it's really not expensive, and you get tons of good stuff back from it anyway. Either for crafting or selling. Selling essences should work really well on PC (but sucks on console).

No need for blocking btw. With basic investment into essences (and 2 chaos map device), you have at least 3 per map.

i'm trying to do this challenge as well. if you dont run hundreds of maps per day then it can take quite long.
one thing i would say is dont waste money on the einhar memory. it will only give you around 20/75 and the exiles are really hard to kill.
