Lighting in Ritualist's Hideout broken

The lighting inside the main hut in Ritualist's hideout is broken for me since the league start. It used to be all red and shimmery like the thumbnail on Helena shows.

Colors are way oversaturated and way too bright. Also the ground shadows flicker like crazy when I move inside the hut.
