Ascendancy tree covers passive mastery selection when selecting masteries

In the in-game passive skill tree, on mouse-over, the pop-up showing passive mastery appears on top of the interface elements related to ascendancy. This is clearly the correct behavior.
When you click the mastery to allocate it, this swaps, and your ascendancy tree now covers the mastery selection pop-up.
I have only tested for this bug with 2 classes/mastery wheels (marauder and witch start area).

To reproduce:
1. Open passive skill tree on a character that has an ascended.
2. Hover the mouse over a passive mastery near your start location (correct clipping).
3. Click to choose the mastery (incorrect clipping).
