Locus Mines and channeled skills?

Will the new locus mine support be able to work with channeled attacks like Scourge Arrow or Snipe?
If they do, how does the "channeling" work? Will it be max stacks/does it take some time for the mines to reach it or is it automatic?

No, mines cannot use channelling skills.

Hey forgive my ignorance on how to tell if you are a GGG employee or not, but is the information you are giving from GGG somewhere?
The reason I put up this thread was specifically for the new locus support, which does not specify you cant you channeling skills. While both High-Impact and Blastchain specifically state you cant. Also Scourge Arrow gem itself doesnt state it cant be used with a mine either.

Currently there are no mines using channeling skills, I kinda' doubt they will start with this one. When we'll have Snipe mines, I'm pretty sure we'll see it in a trailer or balance manifesto, because it's a big mechanical change.

If you expect a response from GGG, you can just as well wait for the league to start, it's probably faster to test yourself.
