Will the new Flamewood support gem work with multiple projectiles?

I hope that it will, as it will open up a lot more options. If not, it feels like it will only be strong for leveling or ignite builds against bosses late-game.

and safe with the 4sec taunt on totem cast. (i believe i read it somewhere)

Assuming each totem has its own 1s cooldown and each one will throw projectiles when hit it's looking really juicy but really tough to build hits. Also completely unknown whether the projectile overlap will be good or not.

Waggle released a PoB for scion ignite with vaal ancestral warchief. Scion because it still has the totem taunt on chieftain node, vaal ancestral warchief because it has the highest health, and ignite because you don't have to worry about how the projectile spread will work. Pretty elegant.

Chieftain flamewood totem might be one of the only things chieftain can do well because chieftain has the built in totem taunt also.
