Can anyone help?

I am new player (3 days). My friend told me to look up a build to play i choose duelist/gladiator/bow bleed. Till lv 40 it worked so well after that i started to get oneshoted on bosses not even just strong golden mobs took minute to kill act 10 boss took 10 min at least wiht 100+ deaths xd so can anyone tell me why am I:

1. so squishy(i get like glass canon)
2. I do no dmg at all
