RF Chieftan

I was excited as first glance at the ascendancy rework. But after looking more closely it feels bad. A lot of sad nodes. If we were getting more points to allocate it would be nice, but sadly this is not the case. And for asll the PoE2 talk, calm down boys it most likely wont be out for yrs still.
