Long loading screens, bad fps, horrible input lag since the newest patch - GeForce Now

I am using the GeForce Now priority membership, and ever since the newest patch I have had a noticeably horrible gameplay experience:

1. The loading screens take forever

2. Whenever something happens on the screen the fps can dip to 10-30

3. On and off again there is this input lag where my character does not respond to any of my inputs and either just stands still or continues walking in a certain direction (dealing with uber bosses is impossible now).

4. With dynamic resolution on, the resolution of the game will become very grainy even when nothing special is happening.

None of these things were a problem before the new patch.

I have tried changing all of the settings several times, and these problems keep occuring.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060

Don't really know anything about the CPU or the RAM on the priority membership, but I assure you that the game has been running perfectly fine up until yesterday when the new patch arrived.

If you do respond to this and want some new information that I can provide you then I would be happy to help.

Having identical issues with 3060. Some said try DX12(lol backwards movement) or disable multithreading
I have the same problem, also a 3060 ti.
before the "performance" patch the game ran without any problems for me. now I have a mini still image every 3-5 seconds also the long loading screens and sometimes if i start the game the game crash instant.

Same with me. I bought a brand new computer just a few weeks ago, poe has been running flawlessly; instant loading screen, no lag ever even mapping with uber laggy builds filling the screen with everything. Now my comp has froze twice, even to the point I had to reboot my system because poe would not leave the screen after it froze. Tons of freezing and skipping, even solo playing, maps are essentially unplayable now....just sad.

AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
32g
3060ti

I'm sure NVidia will fix this "problem" with a super expensive new card.

Although d4 is not as good of a game imo, it's playable for me and that's where I will probably go until poe fixes this, or tells us we're all SOL without more expensive hardware.

Yeah same thing here.
i5 8GB RAM 500 MB/s SSD 1050ti with 4GB VRAM.
Default video settings.
Never a problem before the last patch.
F1 SHADER takes forever to do its thing.
Loading screen take ages, and maps only run smoothly like before after 30 seconds or so after changing areas.
Waiting for SHADER.

edit : under V-sync option i see there is now " off ", " fast ", " adaptive " or " locked " i had off and changed to adaptive and i dont have these fps/lag spikes anymore, its not the same as it was before patch but..
